Meditation, Auric Programming, and the Somatic Response
- Lecture on the different aspects of the aura and what that means for your healing journey
- Understand how your energy body has operating routines or “programs” and how to effect them
- Practice easy to do meditations, visualizations, and mantras to help reset your auric programs for better health and peace of mind
- Harness your intuitive abilities to accelerate your ability to heal
- Clear the chatter in your head
- Break unwanted emotional patterns
- Experience simple technique to reduce the potential for psychosomatic issues
- Diminish the effects of stress on the body
- Deepen your level of body awareness bringing peace to your mind
3pm to 5pm
Dorje and Ankh Practice:
- Use your Dorje or Ankh in a guided practice session
- Join this ongoing practice to develop your understanding of how to use these special tools
- Great for beginners or seasoned practitioners
- Harmonize your ability to focus and “let go” for deeper inner experiences
- This is part of a series of “teaching through doing”
